Morning Inspiration

My fellow readers,

We sometimes search for miles on things that could inspire us in life, searching for things that can give the extra boost to lift up our lives, not knowing the things that can inspire us are very close, by the blink of an eye! every morning and every day is around us.

When I woke up this morning lying in bed,
I was asking myself,
What are some of the secrets of success in life?
I found the answer right there,
in my very own room.

The Fan said....Be Cool

The Roof said...Aim High

The Window said...See the World

The Clock said...Every minutes is precious

The Mirror said...Reflect before you act

The Calender said...Be up to date

The Door said..Push hard for your goals

AND NOT TO FORGET,
THE CARPET SAID...
KNEEL DOWN AND PRAY.

Specially for someone special

I'm glad my spaceship landed in your heart,
I'm contented with your determination,
I'm happy and laugh on the jokes you make,
And I’m lost without you near…

Because...

You make changes in my life no matter how ignorant I can be,
You're patient yet childish at time with an intention of love and care towards me,
You can be temperamental on things you believed
And you are adorable for me to cuddle….

Package all the above with trust...

And together,

We share things we adore,
We feel hurt when we are apart
We argue on disagreement we stand
And we hope this can stand against time.

Perfection in hapiness

1. I’m a Perfectionist; a common word heard when you’re dealing with someone who strives for accuracy and excellences in what they do.

2. Is it wrong, for being a perfectionist? Are there any such people who are capable to do things with perfection in the things they do?

3. Some claimed perfectionist find difficult in accepting someone else imperfection if they are not up to the standard desired. To them dealing with the imperfection can be a stressful.

4. On contrary, you probably heard that, life is full of imperfect things and imperfect people.

5. Learning to accept each others' faults and accepting each other’s differences are some of the important ways, in creating a healthy, growing, and lasting relationship

6. I must concur that environment contributes to lack of performance to excel.

7. Not all people have the privilege environment they desired to excel as compared to some.

8. It’s a gift of luck to some I would say.

9. No matter what situation you are in, you must be in control, because in the end, you are the master of your own life; to be happy or unhappy, to be positive or negative.

10. Don't put the key to your happiness in someone else's pocket - keep it in your own.

If you’re not enjoying yourself, then ask yourself what are you doing?

Speak up and show your affectionate in what you do, why hide them? Some people out there are skeptical or some extend frightened to say out their enjoyment simply because of shy or afraid of being label as a gig.

In work, there is no shame in saying you enjoy your work. There seems to be some kudos in being miserable at work, in feeling down about your situation. This is compounded when office pecking where people try to outdo each other in moaning about how they hate their work. Should you be in their shoes when you in the opposite spirits?

Once you acknowledge that work is fun, lift up the spirit, you will find your steps lighten, your stress level decrease and your whole demeanors lightens.

Same goes to your love relationship with your love ones…cuddle them with love and make them feel appreciated that they are in love with the right person. The degree of love can depreciate in time if left unnoticed or if it’s just a routine way of “doing things”. You do not have to be a sex therapist but experiences can guide you to be aware of signs from your partner :o)

Working Experience

Every day, a small Ant arrives at work very early and start work immediately. She produces a lot and she was happy.

The chief, a Lion was surprised to see that the ant was working without supervision, he thought if the ant can produce so much work without supervision, wouldn’t she produce even more if she has a supervisor.

So he recruited a Cockroach who had extensive experience as supervisor and who was famous for writing excellent reports.

The cockroach’s first decision was to set-up a clocking in attendance system. He also needs a secretary to help him write and type his report and…he recruited a Spider, who managed the archives and monitored all the phone calls.

The lion was delighted with the cockroach’s report and asked him to produce graphs to describe production rates and to analyze trends, so that he could use them for presentations at Board’s meetings...so the cockroach had to buy a new computer and a laser printer and…recruited a Fly to manage the IT Department.
The Ant, who had once been so productive and relaxed, hated this new plethora of paperwork and meetings which used up most of her time…!

The lion came to the conclusion that it was high time to nominate a person in charge of the department where the ant worked.
The position was given to the Cicada, whose first decision was to buy a carpet and an ergonomic chair for his office. The new person in charge the cicada also needs a computer and a personal assistant, who he brought from his previous department, to help him prepare a work and Budget Control Strategic Optimization Plan.


The department where the ant works is now a sad place, where nobody laughs anymore and everybody has become upset. It was that time the cicada, convinced the boss, the lion, of the absolute necessity to start a climatic study of the environment. Having reviewed the charges for running the ant’s department, the lion found out that the production was much less than before.

…So he recruited the Owl, a prestigious and renowned consultant to carry on an audit and suggest solution. The owl spend three months in the department and came up with an enormous report, in several volumes, that concluded: The Department is Overstaff.

Guest who the lion fire first?

The Ant, of course, because she showed lack of motivation and had a negative attitude. Note: The characters in this fable are fictitious; any resemblance to real people or facts within the corporation is pure coincidence.
