Today, it’s 30th June 2010 and it’s time for half year review for most organizations. 6 months has gone and not realizing that we are already half a year older.
For those who have made a New Year resolution… now, it’s the time to do the same…whether it is achievable or realistic to achieve.
Most talk about nowadays is the Kpi performance, to know where you stand in terms of objectives and performance, whether align in meeting the strategic goals of your organization.

For those who are familiar with Performance Appraisal…the “Horn” and the “Halo” effect shall come to picture during this time.
On spiritual aspect…have we give the same effort towards worshiping The Al-Mighty Allah SWT and praise for all the blessing or we prefer to wait to the very last minutes…by saying there’s plenty of time to do so…this can wait? The Kpi will only be reveal upon Death…
